Conrad roofing service, inc has been doing residential re roofing and repair since 1939. We specialize in composition shingles, clay tile and built up rolled roofing. I am the fourth generation with 32 years of experience. I personally am involved with each project from start to finish. You won't have to go through four guys to finally get to the owner with your important questions you may have. we only do one project at a time. there will be no down time because the same crew who removes your old roof will be installing your new one.





HISTORY





Conrad Roofing Service is a family run business since 1939. Keith Carnahan is the fourth generation to work and manage Conrad Roofing Service. Its founders Bill and Barbara Conrad 1939 - 1968, Bert Conrad (Son) 1954 - 1974, Dale and Barbara Carnahan (Grand Daughter) 1960- 1996 to Keith and Keisha Carnahan (Great Grandson) 1981 - Present.


We have been serving the Santa Clara county for 75+ years now. It sure is nice to meet a repeat customer who has worked with my parents or grand parents, and tell me how satisfying it is to be dealing with the same family for a second or third time. Conrad Roofing Service is solely focused on residential roofing and repairs.


I have come to realize it's more satisfying meeting and working with homeowners one on one as opposed to a faceless commercial building. I prefer to build a business relationship while talking about your roofing needs. I'm sure my great grandfather Bill Conrad would be proud to know his family business he started in 1939 is still going strong.

Our mission at Conrad Roofing Service is the same now as it was when Bill Conrad started the business in 1939. Treat every customer like they are your neighbor. Give them the best possible choices in material and the highest quality workmanship and you will have a satisfied customer every time.



Our trained workmen are paid hourly, NOT by piece work. Because of this, attention to detail is of utmost importance. Other workers being paid by piece work tend to be in a hurry and bypass the small details which leads to larger problems down the road.
