Roof Repair

We recommend having roofs inspected every 5 years, once they have reached 15 years of age. This will help you monitor for dry rot, termites, aged flashings, water flow obstructions and leaks. Southern and western exposures being of high priority, due to their elevated sun exposure. It’s important to remember that small leaks that haven’t yet intruded into the home can still cause costly damage to the roof structure. Additionally, keeping the roof free of debris will allow water to flow naturally away from your roof, allowing the underlayment, shingles and flashings to perform properly.
